Personal Assistant / Secretary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deals with all phone calls from customers, client, company officer, labour
  • Arranging and managing meeting and dairies
  • Booking and arrangement travel, visa, accommodation for company owner and clients
  • Remind the company owner the important task and deadlines for company owner and client
  • Organizing events for party, lunch, dinner
  • Enquiries for buying things
  • Listen customer problems/complain
  • Able to meet customer and client for company purposes
  • Prepare schedules and maintenance for fixing company cars,home, and warehouse
  • Able to attend bidding of different companies

Basic Requirement:

  • Female
  • Age 25-40
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration,communication, management or Social sciences
  • +3 years proven experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or administrative
  • Previous experience in the recycling industry will be high prefered
  • Excellent communication skills (Know how to communicate with customers, suppliers, and dealers)
  • Strong interpersonal skills (Know how to attract and keep a good relationship with customers, suppliers, and partners)
  • Be an active, responsible, and pleasant personality
  • Excellent skills in G Suite, Google Drive, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent Presentation skills (know how to present the company to a customer)
  • Able to work in a Team
  • Can speak Thai and English fluently. Chinese or Japanese is plus ++
  • Can drive a car & have own car If possible + Company will pay allowance
  • Can start work Immediately
  • Work from Monday to Saturday
