Labor Supervisor
Roles and Responsibilities
- Able to supervise cambodian labors within our company and customer company
- Able to train cambodian labors on daily and weekly basis to make sure the labors are following the safety standard & able to work in action
- Regular visit to customer company to ensure combadian labor performance
- Able to translate and transform work from Thai language to Khmer language
- Inspect all safety standard such as a company uniform, safety shoes, & fulfill all safety measurement for ensuring the safety and brand image of the company
- Other duties as assigned per requirement
Basic Requirement:
- Must be able to speak Khmer and Thai language fluently, English is plus
- Bachelor’s Degree at least
- Must be very active and pleasant personality
- Very strong leadership personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and lead the team into the right direction.
- Ability to serve and take action on customer request
- Have the ability to solve cambodian labors problems
- Driving car skills
- Problem solving skills
- Must be very active
- Bachelor's Degree at least
- Must be able to speak Khmer and Thai language fluently
