Personal Assistant / Secretary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deals with all phone calls from customers, client, company officer, labour
- Arranging and managing meeting and dairies
- Booking and arrangement travel, visa, accommodation for company owner and clients
- Remind the company owner the important task and deadlines for company owner and client
- Organizing events for party, lunch, dinner
- Enquiries for buying things
- Listen customer problems/complain
- Able to meet customer and client for company purposes
- Prepare schedules and maintenance for fixing company cars,home, and warehouse
- Able to attend bidding of different companies
Basic Requirement:
- Female
- Age 25-40
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration,communication, management or Social sciences
- +3 years proven experience as a personal assistant, secretary, or administrative
- Previous experience in the recycling industry will be high prefered
- Excellent communication skills (Know how to communicate with customers, suppliers, and dealers)
- Strong interpersonal skills (Know how to attract and keep a good relationship with customers, suppliers, and partners)
- Be an active, responsible, and pleasant personality
- Excellent skills in G Suite, Google Drive, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent Presentation skills (know how to present the company to a customer)
- Able to work in a Team
- Can speak Thai and English fluently. Chinese or Japanese is plus ++
- Can drive a car & have own car If possible + Company will pay allowance
- Can start work Immediately
- Work from Monday to Saturday
